Product / Collaboration

A team conversation.
Not a guessing game.

Give the work to a team, then stay close to the decisions, questions, and handoffs that move it forward.

Talk

Start with a clear brief.

Describe the outcome, existing work to protect, and what you want to review. Give agents roles that serve that brief.

Share

Put the context in a project.

Bring the right teammates into a shared project with a brief, notes, and working files. Adding a teammate does not itself start a task.

Follow

Read the work between replies.

Open agent conversations and follow who passed what to whom. Check files and results when an agent reports a handoff.

A useful handoff

“Done” should come
with something to inspect.

Ask the builder for the changed files, how to run the project, and what was checked. Give a reviewer an independent task: reproduce those checks and report anything missing.

  • A concrete output and its location
  • Commands or steps to reproduce the result
  • Checks that actually ran
  • Open questions, failures, and next steps

Here is what changed, where to find it, and how to run it. Please test the acceptance criteria and check that the existing records are preserved.

A request you can use with your team. This is an example, not a completed agent run.
